Why We Like Dell...

There are a myriad of choices when it comes to buying a new Server or PC. Dell has been Katz Networks' preferred server, desktop and notebook vendor for several years for the following reasons:

• Dell's Website is easy to use - configuring and purchasing hardware is straightforward.
   
• Dell's Service model is highly efficient and customer driven. Dell's three year "next business day" or "four hour" (for servers) hardware support contract will have a technician onsite, often with parts, within the time frame of the service plan. This makes more sense than having to transport your hardware to the store where it was purchased and potentially waiting several days until it is repaired.
   
• In our experience, Dell's 'business class' hardware is as reliable as anything you can buy locally or online. Our definition of Business class refers to Optiplex and Precision workstations, Latitude Notebook PC's and PowerEdge servers. NOTE: Dell Dimension PC's and Inspiron Notebooks don't fall into our definition of 'business class'.
